finding the right bra fit
you’ll know it’s time to make the switch when your standard bra no longer provides you with the required comfort or support. As every woman is different, you may find you need to change the size of your bra 3-4 times as your body grows and milk flow increases. A well-fitting bra should not be too tight and should sit comfortably beneath your bust with the band lying flat across your back, not riding upwards.
